Dear compatriots,
Ukraine hosted a referendum in support of the Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine 24 years ago. This historic day indicated that the Ukrainian people were ready to live in an independent country, develop and create own future.
From the perspective of general history, our independent country is very young. Today, Ukraine is facing fatal danger again. So, our task today is to protect the choice of the citizens to live in a free state.
This December day I wish all of you patience and belief in our victory, inspiration and strength to jointly make our Motherland strong and prosperous. I am confident of our success!
I congratulate you on the referendum's anniversary, dear Ukrainians!
